Payment Terms

  • Payment is to be made by credit card or PayPal at the time of purchase.
  • We are unable to accept personal checks, business checks, cashier's checks, money orders, international money orders, bank transfers, or wire transfers as payment.

Shipping Terms

  • Orders ship quickly from our warehouse after we receive your order.
  • We partner with the best known shipping companies like UPS, FedEx, and DHL as well as the US Postal Service.
  • Delivery to many countries around the world is now available!
  • Ground shipping methods are used for continental US deliveries.
  • Free shipping offers apply to ground shipping in the continental US only.
  • Customers outside the US receive US Postal Service Priority Mail International service.

Returns and Refund Policy

  • You are eligible for a refund for items returned in brand new condition within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • A 25% restocking fee is deducted from the item price(s) to determine the refund amount.
  • We are unable to accept a ramp for a refund once it has been installed or placed in the water.  This policy protects the health of everyone's pets and family.
  • E-mail returns {at} or call our Customer Service Department at 888 442-8361 (US/Canada) to obtain an RMA number.  We cannot process returns without this authorization.
  • All components and accessories included in the original shipment must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Clearly specify the RMA number on the exterior of your return shipment.
  • Refund credit will be processed through your payment method within two business days of acceptance of the return shipment.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility.
